SMOKED TROUT CUCUMBER BITES

2 English Cucumbers, sliced ¼ inch thick - 36
¾ lb. Smoked Trout, flaked
8 ounces Cream Cheese, creamed
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, light
2 Tbsp Parsley, flat leaf chopped small
1 Tbsp Onion, minced
1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh
1 tsp Garlic Powder

In a bowl mix cream cheese until smooth then cream in mayonnaise, parsley, onion, zest, lemon juice and garlic. Mixture should be a thick consistency, fill piping bag and keep cool. To assemble place cucumber slices on serving tray and pipe on mixture or spread on. Add small pieces of flaked smoked trout on top and garnish with a little dill. Refrigerate.
